The ergonomic Hero lounger is stackable for easy storage, while it also has an anatomical inclination for better and easier stacking. It has a high-strength perforated cover (textilene), made of high quality polyester (PVC) of high standards, with 2×1 knitting and reinforcement in the middle of the lounger , as it is the point where it is most stressed during use and under the greatest pressure.
The frame of the Hero lounger is made of anodized aluminum 1.5 cm thick , with stainless steel screws . Anodizing, achieved by shielding the metal surface with an extremely hard and cohesive oxide casing, is the best treatment of aluminum in terms of corrosion resistance.
This is especially important when aluminum is to be used in beach equipment or other structures exposed to harsh climates, such as high humidity and intense sunshine.
At the bottom of the frame there are also 4 reinforcement struts , which make it more stable and durable. This prevents the annoying phenomenon in which the perforated cover loses its normal shape when using the lounger (overflow).
